Terms, Refunds and Cancellations

The entity selling DEFINE is:
OCD Clinic Pty Ltd
The legal entity is confirmed as OCD Clinic Pty Ltd.

Pricing and payment

• Early-bird price: AUD $999, including GST
• Full price: AUD $1,299, including GST
• Payment processed through Stripe or another displayed payment method

What purchasers receive

Purchasers receive:
• One individual, non-transferable course enrolment
• 12 months of course access
• The complete 11-module program
• Approximately 20 hours of active CPD
• Video teaching and clinical role-plays
• A clinician resource guide
• Downloadable clinical tools and client handouts
• Module knowledge assessments
• A certificate on completion

Intellectual property

Please use an interim statement that the course materials are protected by intellectual-property law and licensed for the enrolled participant’s individual professional use.

The final legal wording must reflect that DEFINE was written and developed by Dr Emily O’Leary and Dr Daohne Bryan, in partnership with Benchmark.

Please confirm the formal ownership and licensing arrangement before identifying a specific individual or business as the legal owner of the intellectual property.

Participants must not:
• Share their login details
• Transfer their enrolment
• Copy or reproduce course content
• Record or distribute videos
• Upload resources to shared drives or online platforms
• Sell, publish or distribute course materials
• Use the material to create or deliver competing training

Refund position

Participants may request a refund within 14 calendar days of first receiving course access if they are not satisfied with the program. The request must be submitted in writing and include brief feedback explaining the reason for the request. Course access will be cancelled once the refund is processed. This guarantee does not limit any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

After the 14-day satisfaction period, refunds will not be provided for change of mind.

Cancellation and changes

DEFINE is an on-demand digital program rather than a scheduled event. If OCD Clinic Pty Ltd cannot provide the purchased program, affected purchasers will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement access or a refund.

Course-release dates may be changed where reasonably necessary. Participants will be notified promptly and provided with updated access information. Any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law will continue to apply.

Transfers

Enrolments cannot be transferred to another person.

Technology requirements

Participants require:
• A current internet browser
• Reliable internet access
• A valid email address
• The ability to stream audio and video
• A current PDF reader
• A compatible computer or device

The final technical requirements should be checked against the learning platform.

The course does not replace appropriate clinical supervision, independent professional judgement or compliance with professional, ethical and legal obligations. Participants are responsible for working within their qualifications, competence and scope of practice.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
